Position Overview
Casa Oro Holistic + Med Spa is growing as we expand our service days, hours, and client experience. We are seeking skilled, licensed professionals who value healing, presence, elevated client care, and a peaceful, highly intentional spa environment.

This role is designed for practitioners who take pride in their craft, respect the client experience from start to finish, and understand that every appointment is an opportunity to create restoration, trust, and care.

Role Type: Position: Licensed Massage Therapist and/or Licensed Esthetician

• Location: Casa Oro Holistic + Med Spa, Southington, CT

• Schedule: All shifts available as service days and hours expand

• Status: Employee

• Reports To: Owner Operator and Operations Manager

• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance requirements as applicable.

• Follow approved service protocols, pricing, booking standards, and spa policies.

• Use products, tools, linens, and supplies responsibly.

• Maintain a polished, clean, and professional appearance.

• Participate in training, updates, and team communications as needed.

• Notify leadership promptly of any issue that may impact service quality, safety, licensing, or client care.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license in massage therapy, esthetics, or applicable service category.

• Professional training and experience aligned with the services being provided.

• Strong client care skills and a calm, grounded presence.

• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and elevated service.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.

• Reliable schedule availability as Casa Oro expands service days and hours.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in a spa, wellness, luxury service, or client-centered environment.

• Interest in holistic care, restorative wellness, skincare, bodywork, or elevated hospitality.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Warm, professional communication style.
