Yes. The Monthly Reset begins with a three-month initial commitment and continues month-to-month with automatic renewal after that period.

When can I start using my membership?

Your monthly ritual becomes available based on your activation date. You may book your included massage on or after the same calendar day each month.For example, if your membership is activated on October 5th, your monthly massage can be booked on or after the 5th of every month.

Yes! Members receive 10% off additional services, 10% off retail purchases, and early access to special offers and exclusive experiences.

What happens if I don’t use my monthly service?

Accepted Answer

No worries. If you don’t use your monthly service during your billing cycle, it will convert to a credit equal to your Monthly Reset membership price. The credit can be applied toward any full-priced service and is valid for 30 days after the end of that billing cycle. Membership availability is limited so we can maintain the elevated experience and appointment access you deserve.
